About the software
I designed and built The Monday List myself. It grew out of more than 25 years in search marketing, from SEO to paid search, running campaigns and measuring what each one really earned. I built it to run the marketing for my own business, and I still use it there every week.
The method is mine. The software joins up every source of data, AI does the number crunching, and then my judgement decides what's worth your money. Every rule it checks against comes from what I've seen work, and fail, since 1999. Each update on this page is a change I've made to it.

Weekly analysis, built in
Every Sunday the software pulls each client's data from all their connected sources. AI reads it together and suggests changes. Each suggestion is checked against my playbook, the rules I've built from what has worked and failed since 1999. Then I make the final call on every one, so only the changes worth your money reach your Monday List. Nothing is sent to you automatically: every list is checked and signed off by me.
The Monday List is live
The Monday List launched this week for UK businesses. With read-only access to your Google Analytics, Search Console, ads accounts and sales data, AI I've built reads it all together each week and suggests changes. I check every suggestion, reject the ones that aren't worth your money, and send you a short list every Monday, ranked by what each change should earn. Nothing in your accounts can change.
